A: Currently, your patient's only options are credit card companies. Consequently, because there are very few medical lenders, these companies have become use to charging outrageous rates while delivering poor customer service.
Credit Unions are not for profit, community financial institutions with one goal in mind, offering low rate loans while delivering great customer service that is second to none. Lifestyle Lending Solutions entered the market largely because of the complaints of doctors and clients asking for possible solutions that would finally treat them as real people and not just numbers.
Credit Unions offer simple loan plans without hiking up rates or changing programs if the client happened to be late or simply made a mistake. With the Credit Unions, your clients know what they are getting without any gimmicks or hidden fees.
A: Currently, your patient's only options are credit card companies. Consequently, because there are very few medical lenders, these companies have become use to charging outrageous rates while delivering poor customer service.A: Our lenders decision each loan independently, largely based upon the applicants credit score and a few other factors. Our Credit Unions treat each credit report and applicant as unique as they are. Our lenders see a person and not just a credit score. A rough estimate, given the general public and credit score ranges, would be to plan on 50-60% approval rates.
With that being said, Lifestyle Lending Solutions has partnered with special financing companies to send those loans that could not get approved to see if they may have a program that is just right for your patient.
A: Anyone anywhere can apply for a loan with a Credit Union. Credit Unions are owned by its members, so if a patient receives an approval and does not already belong to that credit union they will need to join to complete the loan. Our system automatically prints out a membership application for our Credit Unions, after signing the documents they are now a member and owner of the Credit Union along with their new loan. Its easy, fast, and members will enjoy utilizing other services at their new Credit Union.
In most cases there is an amount required to be put in a savings account for that member. If this is the case, the Credit Union will short fund the loan amount ($5-35). You are welcome to collect a check from the patient or just adjusting your cost to cover the loan fees. Please see our lenders rate sheets for details (available on system software after joining).
A: That's the best part! No software downloads, no machines, no extra programs. All you need is an internet connection. Most modern computers will have all the settings needed to access Lifestyle Lending online software.
A: You can receive answers and approvals within 10-15 seconds after submitting. Our instant approvals allows for you to get an answer no matter what time of day. night, or weekend…our system works around the clock for your clients! If a loan cannot reach automatic approvals, it is then referred to a loan officer for manual review this process is very fast and usually you will have a response within minutes of submitting.
A: The Credit Unions will fund via ACH (Automated Clearing House), which means they will quickly deposit the funds directly into your office's bank account. Our funding status is tracked on our system to notify you when a funding has taken place.
A: Once the Credit Union receives the loan packet you have sent them, they will review it for completeness and accuracy. Once that is done, they will set up the ACH process to fund the loan. In most cases, that is within 24 hours from receiving the packet.
A: Our lenders base their decisions on credit score and so their rate proposals are to match that risk according to that score. Our lenders currently offer rates as low as 8.9% and may go as high as 17.99% in most cases the average rate will be between 11.50%-13.50%. Credit Card companies stick their new customers with rates hovering 25% on average overall. The Credit Unions just makes Cents!
